Instructors

The instructors are an integral part of the New Haven team, working one-to-one and in small groups with each of the students in their classroom. They're also responsible for the daily implementation and evaluation of individualized skill acquisition and behaviour intervention programs for the learners.

Diane Uslaner, Executive director

Diane Uslaner joined The New Haven Learning Centre in September of 2004 as Executive Director in charge of fundraising and administration for the Centre.

She brings a wealth of experience to this position, having worked in the fundraising field for over 30 years - first as the Executive Director of Women's Canadian ORT for two decades and as Director of The Koffler Centre of the Arts for eight years.

Diane was born in Paris, educated in New York at Barnard College at Colombia University and has lived in Canada since 1974. Her overall goal is to establish a solid financial base for New Haven's future operations and expansion through multi-year commitments from corporations and foundations, as well as individuals.
